Nu Feathers is a small aviary which spread it's wings so to speak, out of my love for birds. Back in my early teens, I had rescued and cared for several of the medium sized hookbills, and I never quite got over the winged attraction. Little by little, as our children grew and went out on their own, I began to aquire more and more birds until "something" needed to be done to confine them to a central location. Now of course that central location had plenty enough room for more birds! Exotic finches became a passion, and the few cockatiels I had bred for friends, led to more and more people asking for my babies.
